Edinburgh Zoo spaces
MacMillan Room
The MacMillan Room is a light and adaptable space within the Mansion House, suited to meetings, presentations and private events. Elegant in feel and flexible in layout, it offers a calm setting for focused gatherings with the character and heritage of Edinburgh Zoo close at hand.
Geddes and Gillespie
The Geddes and Gillespie Rooms can be used individually or combined to create a larger suite within the Mansion House. Oak-panelled and full of character, the space works equally well for meetings, dining and receptions with direct access to the surrounding gardens.
Library
The Library is a smaller, characterful room designed for intimate meetings and private gatherings. Quiet and refined, it provides a comfortable setting for discussion, planning sessions or small dining occasions.
Keith Room
Located within one of the Mansion House turrets, the Keith Room offers a distinctive setting for small meetings. Private and focused in feel, it is well suited to boardroom discussions and smaller leadership sessions.
Salvesen Room
The Salvesen Room is a practical and well-proportioned space for meetings and training sessions. Its straightforward layout and relaxed atmosphere make it a dependable choice for professional events of a smaller scale.
Budongo Lecture Theatre
The Budongo Lecture Theatre is a purpose-built space for conferences, talks and presentations. Designed for larger audiences, it offers a structured environment with modern facilities, making it ideal for lectures, training days and keynote events.
Budongo Boardroom
The Budongo Boardroom is an intimate meeting space designed for smaller groups. Suitable for executive meetings and strategy sessions, it provides a private setting within the Budongo Centre, offering a distinctive alternative to traditional boardroom spaces.
The Gannet
The Gannet is a contemporary venue designed for receptions, private dining and social events. Flexible in layout and modern in style, it can be tailored to suit a range of occasions, from informal gatherings to evening celebrations.
Grasslands Restaurant
Grasslands Restaurant offers a spacious setting for dining and larger events. Available for exclusive use, it is well suited to corporate hospitality, private dinners and receptions, combining generous space with the unique surroundings of Edinburgh Zoo.
Add a WILD experience
Combine your booking with one or more of our exciting animal-related experiences from the Edinburgh Zoo experiences team including animal handling, a team building trial or a talk on an animal species of your choice.
